Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is only accepted when we confirm it in writing (by email). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected misuse.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund within 5 working days.

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We take care to ensure pricing accuracy, but errors may occasionally occur. If a pricing error is identified on your order, we will contact you before processing. You may choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.

Delivery timescales and costs are set out in our Shipping & Returns Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs authorities.

Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. Title passes on receipt of full payment.

Due to the nature of research compounds, returns are not accepted once a product has left our custody, except where the product is defective or not as described. See our Shipping & Returns Policy for the procedure for raising a defective-product claim.
