This notice covers the launch signup form only — it will need expanding before the shop goes live and starts processing orders.

Who we are

What we collect

On this page we collect only your email address, together with the date and time you submitted it and a record of the consent you gave. We do not collect your name, address, payment details or any health information.

Why we collect it

Solely to send you a single notification when Premium Lab Peptides launches, and occasional updates afterwards if you continue to want them.

Our lawful basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the signup form. You can withdraw that consent at any time, and doing so is as easy as giving it.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe, or until 12 months after launch if you never open any of our messages, whichever comes first. After that your address is deleted.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent or trade your email address. It is handled by the following processors on our behalf:

Netlify — hosts this website and stores form submissions
Zoho — provides our email service (data held in the European Union)

Cookies

This page sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Nothing is stored on your device beyond what your browser needs to display the page.

Your rights

Under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR you have the right to:

ask what personal data we hold about you, and get a copy
have inaccurate data corrected
have your data deleted
withdraw consent, and object to or restrict our use of your data
ask us to transfer your data to another provider

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or to your local supervisory authority if you are in the EU.

Changes

We will update this notice as the business develops, and in particular before the shop opens. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
